Anovulation is the leading cause of infertility and our lifestyle has a massive impact on whether or not we ovulate. This course is designed to teach you how you can eat to support ovulation and get pregnant faster. You will become an expert in your cycles, know how different food affects ovulation and make changes to your diet to optimise your fertility.

The weekly topic videos are self-paced so you can complete them when it suits you (each topic will take around half an hour to complete.)
You will learn about how important fat is for fertility, which type of carbs to eat to support ovulation, how blood sugars play a huge role in ovulation, which prenatal vitamin you need to take every day when TTC, how dairy and soy affect ovulation and so much more!

Who is the course for?
The course is designed for women who are actively or about to start trying to conceive. It is for women who are willing to make changes to their diet in order to regain control of their fertility. It is suitable for women undergoing ovulation induction with or without IUI as well as those with irregular cycles, PCOS, luteal phase defects and endometriosis.
Who is the course NOT for?
The course won’t be of as much benefit to you if you are currently undergoing IVF as ovulation is manipulated with drugs during an IVF cycle. However, if you are trying naturally between IVF cycles you can still benefit. It’s not for those on hormonal contraception (as you won’t be ovulating!) or those who require intensive individualised support.
Does it matter where I live?
Nope, the course is open to anyone around the world!
How much time will it take?
The pre-recorded course videos for each week are about 20 minutes long. You’ll need a little extra time to do the activities (5-10 minutes) and engage in discussions.
When does the course start?
Anytime you like! Based on past student feedback, I’ve made the course available for you to start at any time. Most women like to start the course on the first day of their menstrual cycle but it’s completely up to you.
