• Press and podcasts — always happy to talk about fertility nutrition, and to push back on the nonsense

One thing I can't do by email

I can't give individual clinical advice to someone who isn't a client. It wouldn't be safe or responsible to make recommendations about your situation without knowing your history, your bloods and your diagnosis. If that's what you're after, the consultation page is the right door.

And if it's urgent or medical, please speak to your GP or your fertility specialist rather than waiting on me.
